1. Conference Registration & Attendance

Access to the AETC 2026 conference requires registration. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Registration fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone for any reason permissible under law.

2. Payment Terms

All payments for conference tickets, exhibition spaces, and sponsorships must be made in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners (e.g., Paystack). All fees are quoted including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by AETC or its licensors. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, enter into a database, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of this Site.
